Now You Can Get the Experience of a Video Call — Without Needing a Camera or Microphone

Live Only from 5 PM to 7 PM (IST)
This experience is available daily only between 5 PM and 7 PM for now — like a digital window where your avatar comes to life.

Most chat apps are just... text. Cold, flat, emotionless.

Video calls? They’re great — but let’s be real: not everyone wants to turn on their camera or speak out loud every time they want to connect.

So I built something different.

A chat app where you don’t need a camera or a mic — but it still feels like a face-to-face conversation.

How?

Instead of plain messages, you chat through a 3D avatar.

Type something — your avatar speaks it using voice.

It also shows facial expressions thanks to AI — smiling, nodding, reacting like a real person.

It’s kind of like video calling… but without the pressure.

No background worries. No awkward silences. No “can you hear me?”

Built for Expression

✅ Avatar speaks your text using TTS (Text-to-Speech)

✅ Facial animations powered by NVIDIA Audio2Face

✅ Expressive, customizable characters — not just bubbles

✅ Runs in-browser — no install, no heavy gear

This app makes chatting feel alive again. It’s not just typing — it’s presence. It gives you the feel of a call, with the ease of a text.

How I Made It

I used Next.js for the frontend, Firebase for Google login, and a custom USD viewer to render avatars in real-time. With Audio2Face, the avatar reacts to voice and text, and I built in TTS so even typed messages feel spoken. It’s all hosted on AWS, fine-tuned to run smoothly.

Still evolving, but it’s already live.

Why?

Because we don’t always want to turn our cameras on.

But we still want to feel connected.

Ready to try it?

Say something — and watch your avatar speak it for you.

No camera. No mic. Just you, but expressive.
